Yes I have been studying those feet. I even wondered whether they were attached to someone or just a spare pair!
What fun your SNAP collection is this week. Such a lovely pink bouquet of balloon flowers (which is odd because I just saw & snapped a balloon display). I do like the "carpet" look of those legs, which to me look likes someone that marches because of the strap under the boot. The curious tale of the legs ...
It's always fun to see what you come up with too
I'm another observer with questions about those feet! This looks like quite the fun festival!

Agreeing that your photos are always fun, the Fringe sounds interesting and I too, would like an explanation for the feet.
