They certainly stand out. Definitely patriotic colours.
Eye popping, I'd say!
When I first saw it I thought it was guys in drag. But the two on the right look like girls, so now I don't know. Either way, yes they do stand out!
Indeed they do. I saw quite a few outlandish outfits on vacation, but none as bright as these!
