I must admit that pink is not my favourite colour but when it is used for Breast Cancer Awareness then I se it in a different light. As I’m sure is true for most of you, I know several women who have faced the diagnosis and treatment. I admire the courage of them and their loved ones as they deal with it all. When these friends are not close by it seems that all that we can do is send good wishes their way.
Background uses a photo of my local river. Clock is from Anna Aspnes; flying heart from Nicole Young’s Storybook Dreams Page kit; font is papyrus

A very strong, moving, important post today, Helena - well done you xx
It's beautiful, Helena. A stunning way to use the river shot too, I might add. And a great way to make a meaningful statement.
Really creative! I love pink though it is my staple colour!
Lovely sentiment and a beautiful piece.
It's a beautiful sentiment Helena :-)
You have a way with digital. Like you, pink is not a favorite color. In fact, I shy away from it as much as possible. However, this is really lovely, a great monochromatic entry that speaks to the heart of those in need. Love everything about this piece.
Beautiful!
Very lovely!
This is a great piece. I agree with your sentiment too. The hearts with wings are fun. Very nice.
