wow and wow

 

Im excited by these two Scottish women and professional crafts people / artists whose work I adore

Simone Lyon makes stunning ceramic works that include lizards, iguana and dragons.  I do own some of her work from over 20 years ago when she was first selling.

Those are lovely work. Amazing wool embroidery and the lizard is very realistic.

I never thought of "showcasing" my friends' and colleagues' work. That is a great idea - I will work on that... thanks!

We have a local artist who also works with fabric/fibres like the first of your pictures - they are quite fascinating.
