these two Scottish women and professional crafts people / artists whose work I adore
wonderful pictures by Moy MacKay made from felted wool which she then embroiders.
Simone Lyon makes stunning ceramic works that include lizards, iguana and dragons. I do own some of her work from over 20 years ago when she was first selling.
have you showcased the work of craftspeople and artists you admire?

Wow, I like this feature! The work of these two artists is really lovely. I will have to click your links for a closer look. Thanks for sharing!
Beautiful artwork. I thought that iguana (or exotic lizard?) was real when I first clicked on your page.
Very cool. I especially love the felted pictures . . . amazing.

Those are lovely work. Amazing wool embroidery and the lizard is very realistic.
I never thought of "showcasing" my friends' and colleagues' work. That is a great idea - I will work on that... thanks!
Wow! Great pieces of work :) I share my blog with a friend and we are looking forward to showcasing the work of some very talented friends :)

very pretty ..
We have a local artist who also works with fabric/fibres like the first of your pictures - they are quite fascinating.
Also just letting you know that I am set to be linked after you Helena and I'm going to contact my next in line now.
That lizard is ceramic? I thought it was real. Very realistic!
