Q:what do a stegosaurus and coffee have in common?

A: they are both items on Rinda’s Summer Scavenger Hunt, of course

A nice mix of ‘going to find it’ and ‘happening upon it’ this week.

Frist to the national museum

then remembering this was an item while out watching the gala (and yes I know there is a typo)

and finally remembering to take a photo on one of my nearly daily visits for a caffeine hit

rinda-18

in between spending a lot of time gazing at the sky trying to discern shapes in the clouds – luckily I haven’t fallen over on into anything yet!

Oh, how right you are! I got my dinosaur picture in the museum, but bright light and pillars definitely feature!

The cloud one is turning into a bit of an ink blot test, isn't it?

The floats meet the boats? surely a great title for..anything really! I like the dinosaur, it was never going to be an easy one was it?

Great finds, Helena. That dinosaur skeleton is amazing. And I laughed about your cloud comment - I've been worried about tripping over something while looking for clouds as well.

Love your dinosaur...I'm still a bit obsessed with cloud-watching, even though I posted about mine yesterday...when I posted my 'up' pic just five minutes ago, all I could see was the shape of the cloud behind it!!

I love the idea of your sunday coffee - drinking - we do it each day - and love it and do internet at the same time.

Great photos!

It's been so stormy & overcast here the past week I haven't seen any individual clouds but the sky has been a solid mass of them.

So glad you are still vertical! Though I think I will have to get horizontal to do some cloud gazing just for health and safety reasons :). If we ever get any dry grass and the sort of clouds that have blue spaces inbetween of course! Your dinosaur photo is neatly done; I have been a little nervous of snapping police cars, I have to say ...

I like that "where the floats meet the boats" That's a great dinosaur picture. I think we'll be planning a visit to the ROM (Royal Ontario Museum) to get one. Haven't been there since I was a teenager so it's definitely about time for a visit. I'm glad to hear you haven't fallen over in your cloud search.
