In the month of May

may-in-numbers

A crafting month and finally signs of seasonal change in the garden and on the river – I do love to see the chicks appear.  I’ve already shared lots of gosling photos so here are the others

may-chicks

trying to photograph them on the water demonstrates how well they are camouflaged

Thanks to Julie for creating a community of monthly counters.

Ooh yours are the 2nd clutch[?] of cygnets we've had in this round of MinN. You know I like it when we get themes emerging across the posts - I would never have guessed this month's would be swans!

The rhubarb chutney sounds nice - and you seem to have had such a well-rounded 4 weeks: culture, crafting, family visits, gardening. Sounds like a great time.

I've added you to the board now: http://pinterest.com/notesonpaper/my-month-in-numbers/

Happy June Helena!

Sounds like a very productive and enjoyable month, with a good number of crafts done and interesting outings.

And those goslings are so cute.
