off to a good start with a gnome capture

before you start calling up the gnome protection society or thinking that I’m involved in some fantasy game hunt, relax

ssh-14-2

a garden gnome is one of the item’s in Rinda’s just released list for this summer’s scavenger hunt

rsz_2014summerhunt

looking forward to keeping my eyes open, an outing to see a waterfall and remembering to capture a few local sights.  Think I’ll be leaving the sunrise until last as by then sunrise should be 7am   instead of 4.30  at present (according to the internet – I haven’t been up and about in the dark for some time).  Thanks Rinda for another great list.

You're welcome Helena! And I hadn't thought about how early the sunrise is in some parts of the world! That is a rather cheery gnome (and it's the third one I've seen already in blog land . . . I guess it's going to turn out to be one of the easier items.

Cute! I wonder how different gnomes are from country to country? I think a trip to the garden centre is going to be on the cards so that I can get my first picture done.

Great gnome - I might join this - it looks like a lot of fun.

He's a cute little gnome and this post makes me so happy. It's fun to know that the photography scavenger hunt items will be popping up here and there over the next few months. Looking forward to seeing what else you "capture." :o)

A great start to your hunt! I have no idea where I'm going to find a gnome, but I'm determined to find everything on the list! :>)

I clearly need a visit to where you are, Helena, as gnomes seem to be in short supply here! He's a great specimen in super condition ...

He's a great start - so nice and cheery. I think I'm with you on the sunrise, not that I'm not up that early but there's still too many things out and about here at that hour (read skunks).
