Snap the river

one of the things I love about walking by the river regularly is watching the changes as the volume of water changes and bids move around and the light provides sparkle or reflection.  So I made a point of taking photos while standing in the same spot over several weeks to create a set that show some differences.  And the reflection one was taken in December so another for the winter scavenger hunt

looking forward to what has caught your eye this week

It's amazing how one scene can look so different. Water in the scene changes the dimension too with tat angry water overspilling around the trees. It would be interesting to follow the same spot for longer.

I like the idea of this time lapse SNAP collection. I followed a big tree this year & I thought for months it didnot change but when I got the photos back I can see subtle changes. Umm maybe this could be a monthly meme - same spot, 2-4 different times during the month.

that is quite a difference in water level! Lovely reflection shot for the scavenger hunt.

Oh, wow, those do make a lovely collection!! We used to live near a lake & always enjoyed walking by the water.

Brilliant - I love looking at small changes. Though it's the same vantage point, you have such variety here.
