A kilo of chocolate in the chocolate fountain seemed like an awful lot of chocolate but with 15 people and bowls of marshmallows, plum, apricot and orange it soon disappeared.

ReplyDeleteWe were given one once and decided we would eat far too much chocolate if we kept it. So we passed it on to someone else with more self control than me! But they are so much fun.

ReplyDeleteWe were bought a choccie fountain a few years back and it remains unused in it's box! I think it would be really messy... am I wrong??? Is it all worth it???

ReplyDeleteAwww... so nice!! We bought DS a chocolate fondue, for his annual Christmas party. It's been used two years in a row now and goes down very well! This time I melted dark and white chocolate, then carefully poured them into the fondue dish, so there was a half-and-half effect. That caused great excitement. J. and his friends had a wonderful time, dipping in their skewers, bearing bits of fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, mandarin segments, grapes) and small biscuits etc. They were quiet for five whole minutes!
