I've been collecting these for several months - I regularly try to capture birds in flight but only occasionally manage a photo that has the birds in the frame and is in focus.
The birds are - from top down - seagulls, swans, geese, oyster catchers
I'm interested in their different flying formations (or total lack of in the case of the gulls)
Looking forward to seeing what collections you have to share this week
You can't really call the seagulls teamworkers! Lovely skies and pictures well worth waiting until you had the full collection!
ReplyDeleteOh what a neat set - I like the variety of textures in the clouds. Well done on getting these, agreeing it is hard to capture them in focus.
ReplyDeleteWhat an interesting SNAP collection this week. I do not think I have ever seen swans in flight - we see lots of Canada Geese flying about & I like the V formation ... oyster catchers? now those a new to me.
ReplyDeleteOh! Oh! Oh! these are fantastic!!! I am always trying to do this, I don't find it easy at all, mainly because I keep forgetting which setting on my camera will make it easier for me. A brilliant set for your Snap!
ReplyDeleteHelena, I don't see the linky :)
ReplyDeleteLike you, I find capturing birds difficult to do. This is a great set, and the second one is particularly good.
ReplyDeleteI love that third shot, very nicely composed.
ReplyDeletewow..these are fabulous shots. I know how hard it is to get birds in flight!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat! I love the swans.
ReplyDeleteI like how everyone seems to have a different favourite! I like the geese.
ReplyDeleteGosh it is ages since I have sat down to enjoy a browse of blogs. What wonderful photos, I love birds in flight and recently have enjoyed hearing the geese as they arrive to our local creeks and waters. It's not easy taking photos of them in flight. Frustratingly, driving on the motorway the other day towards London we had a flock of vivid green parakeets flying along side. I didn't get a chance to grab my camera unfortunately.
