Back to Sunday's canal cruise for my pair
nice and dry inside although you can go through those doors onto a small viewing area at the front and the rain was drizzle rather than downpour so I did venture out several times. Inside the windows offer plenty of view drifting past as well as several refills of tea of coffee. The boat is wider than a traditional narrow boat to accommodate more people
Looking forward to the normal variety of pairs from all who participate.
Looks like a great way to travel. What a shame you didn't have better weather.
ReplyDeleteAh! but a great reason to go again? I see dots and spots & purple. Doesn't get much better for me! A great Pair.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure I'd enjoy that. It looks great.
ReplyDeleteAnd I had totally forgotten until now..the one time I did a Thames River Cruise, on a school trip, it was so cold and wet the teacher nearly ended up with a class full of kids with exposure
Great idea for a pair; reminds me of the Architectural Boat Tour we took in Chicago many years ago. It rained harder than any day I could remember. My feet were dyed the color of my shoes by the end of the day. We had to view the wonderful architecture from inside the boat; hardly ideal. Now that Sarah lives just outside Chicago, another boat tour is on my bucket list.
ReplyDeleteThe interior certainly looks a lot smarter than the one we like at Little Venice!
ReplyDeleteI would love to travel this way...so cozy.
ReplyDeleteLooks like fun, wet or dry!
ReplyDeleteTea, cake and canals, what could be better?! A great combination and photos.
