Birthday Pairs

Yesterday was my birthday so I'm featuring my birthday flower - Lilly of the Valley. 

Over the years I have been given several items decorated with my flower and now I have them in my garden too - planted by the previous owner and discovered by me 10 months after I moved in when they appeared.

    I love these flowers and was very happy to discover that the previous owners of my house had planted them as well....mine aren't quite blooming yet

    Happy Birthday. We share the same flower and I too like having them in gardens I look after.

    Did you know they do a pink version? I wasn't impressed, I like the white :)

    Belated birthday wishes Helena, Lilly of the Valley are so pretty and seldom seen these days. I am immediately taken back to my grandparents garden, thank you for the memory.
